I'm Amy. I'm a wife, a mummy and sometimes I'm just myself. I have two loves of my life, the first being my husband Alan and the second but by no means least my beautiful baby boy Alfie. My blog takes you through my pregnancy, the birth of Alfie, being a mummy and a wife and all the bits in between.
I married Alan 20th November 2010 after being together for 3 years. Our wedding day was one of the happiest days of my life. It rained on our wedding day which is supposed to be good luck because a wet knot is harder to untie. I believe this completely.
The other happiest day of my life was 30th May 2011 when my beautiful baby boy Alfie was born. You can read my birth story
here. I had a difficult pregnancy from day 1 but he was worth it. Every day is a new learning curve about being a mummy. It isn't easy and there are days where I feel like throwing the towel in - but I never do because being Alfie's mummy is the best feeling in the world and the good days always out weigh the bad.
